My vision of yoga
I have been practicing yoga since 2011 and teaching with passion since 2018. I have guided hundreds of people in different studios, colleges, events, retreats, etc.

I consider each practice as a space to settle down, breathe, move with awareness and come back to oneself.
A gentle, deep yoga, where each posture becomes a ritual of love towards your body and your heart.

  • Yin Yoga and Restorative: to release tension and welcome stillness in a cocoon of softness for the nervous system

  • Vinyasa: a fluid flow to circulate energy

  • Aerial Yoga | Air yoga: to explore space and lightness

  • Private | Personalized: A practice adapted to your body, your pace, your needs.

For all bodies, all ages, all stories.
No performance here – just your breath, your feeling and your truth of the moment.
